CO-FOUNDER & COO

Rick is responsible for the strategic vision, product development, and overall business leadership. Rick has more than 35 years experience both designing and leading the development of both professional and consumer audio electronics products. His technical experience spans from electronics to acoustics, RF, and digital signal processing. Rick is an inventor/co-inventor on four international patents and is an avid hobbyist in audio and music as a live sound engineer and as a semi-professional saxophonist.

CO-FOUNDER & CTO

Ted is responsible for the product development strategy and execution as well as overall operational management. Ted brings more than 35 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, consumer, industrial, and audio product development. Ted has advanced degrees in physics and mathematics and has significant consulting experience in product development management and financial modeling. Ted is an inventor/co-inventor on three international patents and is an avid movie watcher.

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF SALES

Richard is a lifelong audiophile. From a young age he was fascinated by music and was engaged in a constant pursuit for better sounding audio. Richard has deep knowledge of audio from both the custom integration and professional side of the business. He has years of experience as both a manufacturer’s consultant for several high-performance brands and a business owner, having successfully run his own CI installation business. As a result, he brings a high level of product knowledge along with empathy for customer needs.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

Deirdre's background in graphic design and experience in communications leads her to directing marketing for the company, including being responsible for social media, newsletter production, website management, industry show liaison, media contact, and general company communications to our global resellers. Deirdre brings excitement and resourcefulness to promote growth for both the company and its relationships as a brand ambassador.

LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Daniel is a graduate of Purdue University and Duke University.

He is responsible for software development for ASPEQT and processor drive development. He brings years of coding experience and fresh ideas to his work and has proven to be a big asset to our team.

PRODUCTION & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Steve is mechanically inclined and loves building our gear. He has always been interested in audio and now enjoys his own bedroom sound system plus a dedicated home theater. He adores his wonderful wife and their assorted cats. A motorcycle rider since 1970, he enjoys his Harley Touring bike.

INVENTORY & SHIPPING

Enrique comes to us from Venezuela and is responsible for our parts inventory and shipping.

As a very talented musician he plays several instruments and is Musical Director and Conductor in a local youth symphony. He is a pleasure to work with and helps wherever needed.

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

INSIDE SALES REP

Kirby is a high-energy go-getter who’s fluent in both English and Spanish. He’s a proud DIY’er who enjoys hands-on projects and takes pride in everything he does. Kirby treats meeting goals with focus and determination.

In his downtime, he enjoys gaming, fishing and spending quality time with his family on the farm.
